Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using Crixx

These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior verbal or written agreements. The Bengali version is the original and shall prevail in the event of any dispute.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time to verify your age.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must register using your real name, address, phone number, and email. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing them with others.
• Accounts cannot be created from countries where Crixx's services are prohibited by law.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally free of charge, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Refunds on deposits are very limited — once credited to your account, funds are treated as betting balance.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact Support with your payment receipt.

• If your internet connection drops after a bet is placed, the bet will remain registered — it will not be cancelled.
• Odds displayed before a match begins are subject to change. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Crixx reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. The original stake will be refunded in such cases.
• In live betting, any bet placed on an event that has already been settled — due to delay or latency — will be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.

Crixx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without notice. Common reasons include: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, access from a restricted region, or unsolicited suspicious activity. To close your account voluntarily, contact Support — your remaining balance will be refunded.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can block yourself for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Session Limits: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Reality Check: Notifications about your session duration and spending at set intervals.

Crixx may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or displayed on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
